PHEI data showed that the yield on the 5-year SUN benchmark (FR0109) increased by 1 basis point (bp) to 7.12%, while the yield on the 10-year SUN benchmark (FR0108) declined by 3 bps to 7.12%. According to Bloomberg data, the 10-year SUN yield curve (GIDN10YR) declined by 1 bp to 7.16%. The 10-year SUN yield curve (GIDN10YR) remains within our weekly estimated range of 6.95%\u20137.24% for this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outright transaction volume in Government Securities (SBN) totaled Rp16.8 trillion yesterday, higher than the Rp13.9 trillion recorded in the previous trading session. PBS003 and PBS032 were the two most actively traded series in the secondary market, with transaction volumes of Rp2.7 trillion and Rp2.0 trillion, respectively. Meanwhile, outright transaction volume for corporate bonds reached Rp9.3 trillion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bloomberg data showed that the Rupiah weakened by 0.24% against the U.S. Dollar, moving from Rp17,952\/US$ on Wednesday to Rp17,995\/US$ yesterday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bond Market Preview (Friday,07\/03)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As of this morning, Brent crude oil prices were relatively unchanged, edging up by 0.04% from the previous day to US$71.6 per barrel. Global indicators point to generally mixed sentiment. The DXY Index closed 0.51% lower at 100.9. Meanwhile, the 5-year U.S. Treasury (UST) yield declined by 1 bp to 4.23%, while the 10-year UST yield increased by 1 bp to 4.49%. Indonesia&#8217;s 5-year Credit Default Swap (CDS) remained unchanged at 90 bps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taking the above factors into account, we expect Rupiah-denominated SUN yields to remain sensitive to global developments and domestic liquidity conditions.
