PHEI data showed that the yield on the 5-year SUN benchmark (FR0109) declined by 13 basis points (bps) to 7.28%, while the yield on the 10-year SUN benchmark (FR0108) fell by 25 bps to 7.19%. According to Bloomberg data, the 10-year SUN yield curve (GIDN10YR) decreased by 7 bps to 7.34%. The 10-year yield remains above the upper bound of our weekly estimated range of 6.70%\u20137.00%, indicating a potentially attractive entry point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outright transaction volume in Government Securities (SBN) reached Rp22.7 trillion yesterday, lower than the previous day\u2019s volume of Rp36.1 trillion. FR0109 and FR0108 were the two most actively traded series in the secondary market, with transaction volumes of Rp2.6 trillion and Rp2.3 trillion, respectively. Meanwhile, outright transaction volume for corporate bonds totaled Rp12.2 trillion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bank Indonesia issued Rp15.00 trillion of SRBI at yesterday\u2019s auction. Last week, BI conducted an auction (5 June) with a total absorption of Rp30.00 trillion. For the 12-month tenor, the weighted average yield (WAY) of SRBI stood at 7.57% at the 10 June auction, increasing by approximately 32 bps compared with the 5 June 2026 auction. On a year-to-date basis as of 10 June 2026, BI has issued Rp549.9 trillion of SRBI, while SRBI maturities during 6M26 are estimated at Rp325.7 trillion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bloomberg data showed that the Rupiah strengthened by 0.63% against the US Dollar, moving from Rp18,085\/US$ on Monday to Rp17,944\/US$ yesterday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bond Market Preview (Thursday,06\/11)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As of this morning, global indicators point to mixed sentiment. The 5-year and 10-year US Treasury (UST) yields increased by 1 bp and 2 bps, respectively, from the previous day to 4.27% and 4.55%. Meanwhile, Indonesia\u2019s 5-year Credit Default Swap (CDS) remained unchanged at 96 bps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taking the above factors into account, we expect Rupiah-denominated SUN yields to remain sensitive to global developments and domestic liquidity conditions.
