Ketidakjelasan pembahasan stimulus ekonomi AS menjadi salah satu pemicunya.Selain itu, Analis Artha Sekuritas Indonesia Dennies Christoper Jordan menyebut pergerakan indeks akan terbatas karena minimnya rilis data perekonomian.”IHSG diprediksi Melemah. Pergerakan diperkirakan masih akan terbatas menanti persetujuan Stimulus di Amerika Serikat yang hingga saat ini belum mencapai kesepakatan,” kata Dennies seperti dikutip dari riset hariannya.Dia memproyeksikan indeks saham bergerak di rentang support 5.049-5.074 dan resistance 5.129-5.159.Director Indosurya Bersinar Sekuritas William Surya Wijaya mengatakan indeks juga akan dapat beban dari arus modal keluar asing yang masih terjadi.Namun, katanya, selama support level dapat dipertahankan dengan baik maka potensi kenaikan jangka pendek masih terbuka lebar.”Hari ini IHSG masih berpotensi terkonsolidasi,” ujarnya.Ia memprediksi IHSG melaju di rentang support 4.889 dan resistance 5.188. Berkaitan dengan sentimen itu, ia mengatakan ada beberapa saham yang bisa jadi pilihan. Saham itu adalah, ASII, SMGR, UNVR, KAEF, ROTI, TBIG, dan ERAA.Sementara itu, saham-saham utama Wall Street ditutup menguat.
